Membership to the Kingsclere Film Club is at the discretion of the Committee.

The Committee reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet requested ticket reservations, please note that bookings for any film cannot be guaranteed: this is operated on a first come, first served basis and cannot be confirmed before payment is received in advance of any film performance. The decision of the Committee is final.

Ticket prices may vary at each film, depending on hire charges.

Family members must abide by the age limit as laid down by the British Board of Film Classification certificate at each film performance.

All children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by an adult Club member.

Members may bring up to 2 guests per membership at each film performance upon payment of the appropriate guest ticket price. Non members must abide by all rules.

In the event of a member cancelling ticket reservations, no refund can be made.

Ticket reservations are not transferable to any other person.

KFC reserves the right to cancel any performance in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

No food may be consumed on KFC premises during film performances.

Smoking is not permitted at any time.

KFC reserves the right to refuse entry at any performance.

The full programme of forthcoming films will be provided as early as possible, but KFC reserves the right to alter this programme where necessary.
